Set up your business and backup
Personalize your invoices and keep a copy of your data.

Your business details
- Open Settings and enter your business name, phone and base address.
- Upload your logo and review the details that will appear on invoices.
- Add your Zelle, Cash App or Venmo identifiers if you use those methods. Choose Save Settings.
Export a backup
- Under Data backup and security, choose Export Backup.
- Keep the JSON file in a private location. It may contain client details and access instructions.
Restore or get help
- Before using Restore, export a current backup and check the file you will upload.
- To report a problem, use the app’s help link. Describe your steps and the message you saw, without sending passwords or access codes.
