Create an appointment or recurrence

Choose the correct client and property before assigning time and crew.

Schedule a cleaning

In Schedule, choose New appointment and select the client and property.
Review the crew, date, start time and estimated duration.
Select the service type and confirm the rate. For short-term rentals, use STR Turnover where appropriate.
Review access, alarm, keys, pets and instruction fields. Save the appointment.

Choose One-time, Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly according to your client agreement.
Recurrences project visits for the next eight weeks. Review the created dates on your calendar.
