Check the visit details before sharing instructions or completing it.

Open the appointment details
- Open the visit from Schedule. Confirm the client, property, date and time.
- Review access / lockbox, alarm, keys, pets and instructions.
- If the crew changes, update this appointment’s assignment. The property’s default crew stays the same.
Confirm the job
- Complete the cleaning once it has been performed. Assigned crew can also confirm it from their portal.
- Review extra-work reports before creating the invoice.
